Burberry store operations are seeking a detail-oriented Back of House Assistant to manage inventory and stock flows, supporting the sales team for omnichannel fulfillment. You will ensure accurate receiving, quality control and a tidy, compliant back of house environment.

• Inventory control experience including receiving stock and reporting discrepancies.
• Assist sales with stock retrieval for Omnichannel.
• Maintain tidy back of house per Retail Operations standards.
• Quality control of products and issue reporting.
• Support aftersales process (alterations, repairs, personalization).
• Operate stockroom equipment and escalate issues.
• Handle adhoc admin duties and events support.
• Strong team collaboration and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for inventory control including receiving stock and reporting discrepancies.
• Support stock retrieval for omnichannel and stock pullback.
• Keep back of house tidy and compliant with standards.
• Conduct quality checks and report issues to store lead.
• Assist with aftersales services (alterations, repairs, personalization).
• Ensure stockroom equipment is functioning and raise issues.
