Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens retail experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
• Experience identifying and resolving operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management across front end and pharmacy, including counting, receiving and pricing.
• Reviewing and coordinating use of reports and systems affecting on-hand balances.
• Execute asset protection methods and process vendor overages/shortages.
• Open/close store duties and cash handling where required.
• Engage customers, deliver service excellence, and coach teammates on inventory systems.
• Scan deliveries, manage One Box receiving, and correct order discrepancies.
• Verify pharmacy shipments and postings; support recalls and damaged goods handling.
• Maintain on-shelf availability and execute pricing tasks and sign accuracy.
• Support ordering, stock maintenance, and inventory records.
• Lead by example on duty and ensure compliance with policies.
