Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens experience (internal) or one year of retail experience (external).
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and implementing resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for store and pharmacy.
• Support pharmacy inventory management including receiving, counting, ordering, returns.
• Ensure on-shelf availability and manage receiving, counting, pricing, and returns.
• Validate planograms for accuracy and alignment.
• Review and coordinate use of reports affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Execute and maintain asset protection, and file claims for overages/shortages/damages.
• Open/close store as needed, manage cash handling and POS tasks.
• Engage customers, greet, assist with products and services, and resolve issues on duty.
• Lead in warehouse and vendor inventory processes, including orders and deliveries.
• Scan deliveries, manage One Box receiving, and correct order discrepancies with vendors.
• Under pharmacist-in-charge, verify pharmacy shipments, postings, and shortages/damages.
• Complete end-to-end On-Shelf Availability for planogrammed departments.
• Handle pharmacy recalls, returns, and transfers; verify postings of pharmacy claims.
• Perform pricing activities, including changes and signage accuracy.
• Support front end and pharmacy ordering, monitor excess orders, and maintain inventory.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and merchandised; knowledge of store systems.
• Coach team on package deliveries and pickup program.
• Register sales during leader-on-duty shifts; handle returns, refunds, cash drops, and change.
• Comply with policies; maintain respectful coworker relationships.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.
