Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year in retail.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for store and pharmacy.
• Support inventory management: receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planograms accuracy.
• Review reports and systems to ensure accurate on-hand balances and pricing.
• Handle front-end and pharmacy asset protection and vendor overages/shortages.
• Open/close duties in designated stores, including cash handling and POS responsibilities.
• Engage customers and model Walgreens service standards to deliver a superior experience.
• Lead team on inventory processes, including orders, scans, and totes audits.
• Verify pharmacy shipments and postings; manage recalls and regulatory pricing tasks.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and comply with state/local regulations.
