Job summary

Vuori is hiring a Retail Store Inventory Lead to drive the store's inventory program, work closely with the Store Manager, and ensure a smooth back-of-house operation. You will lead cycle counts, manage transfers, and coordinate restocks to keep the floor fully stocked and ready for customers.

You will build strong relationships with teammates and customers, communicate effectively across departments, and own inventory accuracy while maintaining a positive, fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work at least one weekend day and some holidays.
• Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the inventory program in the store and manage all inventory tasks.
• Attend monthly inventory meetings and manage weekly cycle counts.
• Oversee store-to-store transfers and weekly restocks to keep the floor stocked.
• Ensure shipments are received and processed timely and communicate product concerns promptly.
• Foster relationships with store managers, team members, and customers to deliver great service.
