Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail Store Inventory Lead to drive the inventory program at the store level. You will lead the back of house, coordinate with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, and ensure smooth daily inventory flow for a great customer experience.

You’ll manage cycle counts, transfers, and restocks, while identifying product concerns and maintaining organized back-of-house operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability and holiday coverage required.
• Punctual with scheduled shifts.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proactive in handling customer concerns and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Create a dynamic experience for the back of house.
• Forge lasting relationships with store managers, team members, and customers.
• Ensure the back room is tidy and easy to navigate.
• Manage destock and restock daily.
• Oversee store transfers and timely shipment processing.
• Identify product concerns and communicate them promptly.
