Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail Store Inventory Lead to own the store's inventory program and lead back-of-house operations. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to deliver a high-quality customer experience and ensure smooth daily inventory flow.

You will manage cycle counts, store transfers, and weekly restocks, while keeping the back of house organized and compliant with store procedures. Weekend availability and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Forge lasting relationships with store managers, team members, and customers.
• Work with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best service possible.
• Ensure the back of house is tidy, and easy to navigate.
• Ensure destock and restock is handled on a daily basis.
• Ensure the back of the house is kept organized.
• Attend monthly inventory meetings.
• Manage weekly cycle counts.
• Manage store to store transfers.
• Manage weekly manual restocks to ensure the floor is fully stocked.
• Ensure all shipments are received and processed in a timely manner, and follow up with store managers if needed.
• Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.
