Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail Store Inventory Lead to drive the inventory program in one of our fast-paced retail stores. You will work with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to optimize the customer experience and store performance, leading inventory initiatives and daily back-of-house activities.

The role requires weekend availability, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to handling inventory and customer-related tasks in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work at least one weekend day and some holidays.
• Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a dynamic back-of-house experience and support store operations.
• Attend monthly inventory meetings and manage weekly cycle counts.
• Oversee store-to-store transfers and timely restocks to keep floors full.
• Ensure all shipments are received and processed promptly and issue follow-ups with managers.
• Identify product concerns and communicate them to the team in a timely manner.
