Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Stockroom Associate for West Elm in the United States. You will receive shipments, maintain accurate inventory records, and organize stockrooms and off-site locations to support the sales team.

You will scan deliveries, log merchandise, assist on the sales floor during peak times, and help minimize loss by following stockroom procedures. This role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, safety, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• High level of customer service and ability to handle internal and external customers.
• Strong organization and attention to detail for inventory records.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfort with standing, lifting items up to 75 lbs., and mobility in stockroom and sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and accurately maintain inventory records.
• Maintain stockroom and off-site locations.
• Assist sales team in replenishing sales floor after shipments or recovery periods.
