Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year of prior retail experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for the store and pharmacy.
• Support inventory management: receiving, counting, ordering, returns; validate planograms.
• Protect assets and manage pricing, shortages, and overages; file vendor claims as needed.
• Open/close duties in designated stores, including cash handling and POS operations.
• Engage customers, resolve issues, and model proactive customer service practices.
• Coach team on warehouse and vendor inventory processes; reconcile deliveries and post pharmacy orders.
• Perform On-Shelf Availability end-to-end processes and inventory audits.
• Assist pharmacy inventory activities and recalls; manage returns and interstore transfers where applicable.
• Handle pricing changes, markdowns, and ensure correct signage.
