Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions.
• Knowledge of inventory systems and processes for store operations.
• Experience with inventory management software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for the store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Support inventory management activities: receiving, counting, ordering, returns, pricing, and planograms accuracy.
• Review reports and systems to ensure accurate on-hand balances and pricing for front end and pharmacy.
• Open/close stores as needed, handling cash and ensuring readiness for business day.
• Engage customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Execute warehouse and vendor inventory processes: creating, reviewing, and receiving orders.
