Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a team member responsible for store and pharmacy inventory processes, pricing, and customer service. The role supports receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planograms to ensure On-Shelf Availability and accurate stock levels.

Responsibilities include reviewing reports, assisting with pricing, cash handling as needed, and maintaining clean, well-merchandised shelves while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens (internal candidates) or one year of prior retail work experience (external candidates).
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for store and pharmacy.
• Support pharmacy inventory management including receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
• Ensure on-shelf availability and adherence to planograms and pricing.
• Review reports and system applications affecting front-end and pharmacy on-hand balances and pricing.
• Perform front-end and pharmacy pricing tasks, including signage accuracy and regulatory pricing.
