Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens or one year of retail experience elsewhere.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task and execute.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for entire store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Support pharmacy inventory management: receiving, counting, ordering, returns.
• Champion On-Shelf Availability and ensure planograms accuracy and pricing.
• Review reports and system applications affecting front end and pharmacy on-hand balances.
• Open/close store as required, with cash handling and cashier responsibilities.
