Arvato, a leading 3PL provider, seeks an Inventory Analyst to maintain cycle count records, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure inventory accuracy across SAP systems. The role emphasizes data reporting, process improvements, and compliance with inventory controls.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with SAP or other WMS.
2+ years in a warehouse environment; operating material handling equipment preferred.
Proficiency in Excel required.
Inventory control documentation and procedure creation experience.
Experience as an inventory administrator in a 3PL environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain cycle count records and customer report files from multiple SAP systems.
Coordinate with Inventory Control Manager, Supervisor, and Cycle Counters on daily activities.
Provide daily/weekly reporting and documentation for inventory and productivity.
Maintain inventory integrity, resolve variances, and document audits.
