Job summary

Walgreens in Manhattan, KS is seeking a store associate focused on inventory and customer service. You will execute inventory processes for front end and pharmacy, receive deliveries, count and price items, and ensure on-shelf availability.

Under pharmacist-in-charge supervision, you'll assist with pricing, packaging, and returns, while supporting store operations, cash handling, and POS duties as leader on duty when needed.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience (internal) or one year of retail experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and execute.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices and SOPs for the store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Support pharmacy inventory management activities such as receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
• Champion On-Shelf Availability and ensure planograms are accurate.
• Open/close the store in designated locations and handle cash and POS duties as leader on duty.
• Process front end and pharmacy pricing, and assist with inventory reconciliations.
