Job Title: Inventory Specialist

Job Summary: The Inventory Specialist will be a key part of the inventory program, overseeing processes and procedures for a designated program. The ideal candidate should be experienced with large-volume, small-part inventories, capable of organizing extensive data, and extracting key information. A mindset focused on continuous improvement is essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Tracking all inventory used by contractors for WIFI cable installation, including materials such as splitters, construction materials, vaults, markers, etc., on contractor sites—not in client warehouses.
  • Labeling and placing inventory correctly on-site.
  • Verifying stock information and unit identification numbers.
  • Auditing equipment and parts, unboxing, sorting, staging units for production.
  • Receiving units with RF handheld devices.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and performing cycle counts and audits as per company policies.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to prioritize workflow and work independently.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors for extended periods.
  • Flexible schedule and computer skills; proficiency in Excel is a plus.
