Job summary

MMT in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking an Inventory Clerk II to join our hands-on manufacturing team. You will maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, verify receipts, and ensure materials flow to production on time.

You’ll work with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Accounting and other teams to resolve discrepancies, process BOM transactions, and support kitting and order fulfillment. Prior inventory or warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, receiving, and kitting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across departments to support production.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Research and resolve shortages, discrepancies, and transaction errors.
• Process inventory adjustments, transfers, and BOM-related transactions.
