Job summary

Prior warehouse or ERP experience is preferred; candidates must be reliable and able to work in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience with inventory transactions and ERP queries.
• 1 year experience using pallet trucks and material handling equipment.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalency.
• Basic math and unit-conversion skills.
• Proficient English business communications (written and verbal).
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Preferred: experience with reel counters and scales.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory organization and cycle counts by location, count, and status.
• Transact material in ERP to match physical movement of parts.
• Accurately pick, count, label, and transact parts for production per lists.
• Expedite materials and transactions to support manufacturing operations.
• Deliver in-process inventory to point-of-use work stations.
• Receive material via purchase orders in ERP.
• Count inventory using reel counters and scales.
• Load and unload trucks, boxes, containers, and carts.
• Protect materials with proper packaging and ESD controls.
• Store and organize parts with FIFO and locator systems.
• Enter Cycle Counts in ERP.
• Verify counts vs stock and investigate discrepancies.
• Handle returns from manufacturing in ERP to maintain accuracy.
• Process inventory adjustments with approvals.
• Cross-train within Materials team; assist others as needed.
• Maintain 5S and safety standards.
• Participate in interdepartmental projects and other duties as assigned.
