Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer proficiency; ability to learn inventory and ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in Purchasing/Inventory functions within a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a warehouse/operations setting.
• Physical ability to squat, sit, stand, walk, and reach regularly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular cycle counts of materials as scheduled.
• Verify inventory against purchase orders, packing slips, and related documentation.
• Research inventory discrepancies and generate reports.
• Assist in determining root causes and support corrective actions.
• Enter and update material transactions in the computer system.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
• Provide backup support to the Purchasing Department.
• Follow safety policies, PPE usage, and maintain organized work area.
