Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. seeks an Inventory Specialist to support HUB operations under the General Manager. Responsibilities include pulling and shipping HUB orders, coordinating with servicing stores, performing cycle counts, and stocking parts while adhering to policies.

Ideal candidates have high school equivalency, basic math and strong communication skills, and retail/inventory experience. Forklift operation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have basic math and communication skills.
• Prior retail and inventory experience is preferred.
• Forklift ability is a plus if certified.

Responsibilities

• Pull and ship HUB orders on time.
• If HUB order cannot be filled, call servicing store before next HUB run and explain how to reorder.
• Assist with parts department cycle counts and plan-o-grams.
• Stock and organize parts, callbacks, and MAXI changes as directed.
• Train and develop team members per General Manager guidance.
• Maintain inventory records and follow safety and company policies.
