Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support HUB operations under the General Manager. You will pull and ship HUB orders, conduct cycle counts, stock parts, and assist with plan-o-grams while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

This role requires teamwork with store management and may involve training team members. The position emphasizes accurate record keeping, timely communication with servicing stores, and flexibility to work varying shifts, including

Qualifications

• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math computations required for daily tasks.
• Prior retail experience preferred; familiarity with merchandising and inventory.
• Able to perform cycle counts and operate parts department processes.

Responsibilities

• Pull and ship HUB orders on time.
• Call servicing store if a HUB order can’t be filled.
• Perform cycle counts for parts department as directed.
• Assist with plan-o-grams and stocking in the parts department.
• Make callbacks as needed and update records.
• Support training of Team Members as directed by the General Manager.
