Job summary

Lippert Components, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Chicago, IL to maintain inventory accuracy and support production and shipping operations. You will perform cycle counts, process adjustments in Navision, and operate a forklift while keeping a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.

The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work extended hours including some Saturdays. Prior cycle counting and forklift experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year factory shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Recent cycle counting/inventory experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Forklift certification and operation required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory integrity.
• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Process counts using Navision and Factory Talk.
• Ensure materials are in proper locations and organized.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
• Work overtime and some Saturdays as needed.
