Job summary

Lippert is seeking a warehouse team member in Indiana to handle paperwork, verify shipments, and support loading and receiving operations. The role requires teamwork, accurate documentation, and the ability to operate a lift truck.

You will communicate with downstream departments and ensure proper workflow from dock to storage. The position is full-time, hourly, with some Saturdays and outdoor/industrial work conditions.

Qualifications

• Must work as part of a team to reach company goals.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and related docs.
• Ability to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Demonstrated welding competency and knowledge of welding systems.
• Must be able to operate a lift truck as needed.

Responsibilities

• Accept shipping documentation for deliveries.
• Separate paperwork and sign for receipt.
• Ensure accuracy of incoming shipments against packing lists.
• Communicate shortages or put-away information downstream.
• Enter shipment/receipt data into the system and scan paperwork.
• Collaborate with quality and put-away staff as required.
