Job summary

Lippert Components, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to handle material picks for intercompany transfers, service orders, and purchase orders.

You will assign LPs, crate and label parts, and support perpetual inventory, 5S and safety policies in daily operations. This full-time hourly role requires forklift operation, accurate labeling, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Forklift license required.
• Ability to read simple instructions and write basic notes.
• Lifts up to 50 pounds; comfortable with active, manual labor.
• Experience with inventory systems or manufacturing software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick materials for transfers, PO's, and service orders.
• Label and attach LPs to picked parts for shipping.
• Load/unload transfers and place service order materials on rack.
• Perform inventory transactions and maintain safety procedures.
