Job summary

Maker's Pride is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to oversee weekly cycle counts and month-end activities. You will identify root causes of discrepancies, educate on inventory accuracy, and lead training for material handlers to prevent aging of materials.

Responsibilities include reconciling production orders and updating perpetual inventory, with heavy emphasis on SAP and SharePoint usage. The role requires strong data analysis, detail orientation, and collaboration across departments

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supply chain experience
• Strong math skills
• Proficient with MS Office and SharePoint
• Self-driven and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Point person for day-to-day inventory issues.
• Manage cycle counts and generate cycle count lists; perform daily counts.
• Perform root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies and implement solutions.
• Track and maintain inventory accuracy for cycle count and HTL at site.
• Log information in to SharePoint and report weekly cycle count results.
• Ensure accuracy of cycle count transactions and reconcile production orders.
• Execute dispositions after material removal from warehouse and update SAP.
