Job summary

Newly Weds Foods in Broadview, IL is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 am–3:30 pm). The role ensures accurate warehouse inventories, reconciling stock with production systems, and supporting on-time order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include cycle counting, QA coordination, and daily reconciliation of SAP WMS with production data, using Excel and standard office software. Applicants should have 3+ years in inventory control and solid math and communication skills;

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in inventory control.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills.

• Able to resolve conflicts and stay dependable.
• Familiar with Inventory Tracking System.
• Read/write in English and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile SAP WMS with Production Application by conducting physical counts.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance that materials are handled per policies and procedures.
• Review IDoc and COGI errors daily to reconcile TECO order issues.
• Perform daily reconciliations after order confirmations.
• Oversee daily cycle counting and yearly physical inventory.
• Establish materials to be cycle-counted list.
• Be part of Recall Team and perform mock recalls regularly.
• Perform any other tasks as directed by Management.

1st Shift
Mon-Friday 7am - 3:30pm
Compensation: $21 - 31/hr
The position of Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for maintaining the overall accuracy of the warehouse inventories. This includes checking inventory requirements to guarantee that there are no material shortages resulting from inaccurate inventories.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Helps manage inventory levels by reconciling SAP WMS with Production Application by conducting physical counts when necessary.
• Coordinates with Quality Assurance that all inventoried materials are handled in accordance with policies and handling procedures.
• Performs daily reviews of IDoc and COGI errors to reconcile issues to facilitate the TECO order process.
• Performs daily reconciliations after order confirmations have been completed.
• Oversees the handling of daily cycle counting program and yearly physical inventory.
• Establishes the list of materials to be cycle-counted.
• Member of the Recall Team. Performs mock recalls on a regular basis.
• Any other task as directed by Management
