Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in inventory control preferred.
• Demonstrated math skills and strong computer proficiency.
• Experience with ERP programs, SAP a plus.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly cycle counts and month-end activities.
• Lead by example and train staff on cycle counting and inventory accuracy.
• Perform root cause analyses of discrepancies and implement solutions.
• Track and report inventory accuracy across warehouses.
• Manage aging reports and escalation to minimize losses.
• Maintain weekly tracking metrics and production batch accountability.
• Respond to count requests from various departments promptly.
• Ensure accuracy of transactions and participate in donation/liquidation processes.
