The role involves executing, monitoring, and training staff on inventory best practices and standard operating procedures across the store, including front end and pharmacy. Responsibilities include pharmacy inventory management, validation of planograms, and ensuring accuracy of reports and system applications affecting inventory and pricing.
Key duties encompass asset protection, store opening and closing procedures, customer engagement, and resolving customer issues to ensure a positive experience. The position also involves executing warehouse and vendor inventory processes, managing deliveries, verifying pharmacy shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory counts and compliance with regulations.
Additional responsibilities include pricing activities, supporting ordering processes, maintaining inventory records, preparing for physical inventories, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of the store. The role requires knowledge of store systems, coaching staff on delivery activities, and managing POS transactions when acting as leader on duty. Compliance with company policies and participation in training and development are also essential.
Qualifications include prior retail experience, fluency in English, flexibility in work hours, positive performance reviews, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
