AJL WebCraft is seeking driven Sales Representatives to secure new clients for our web development | graphic design | web design | mobile design | services. This role is entirely commission-based with unlimited earning potential—the more new business you bring in, the more you earn. Payment is issued only when the client pays AJL WebCraft.

Responsibilities:

• Take initiative to find new clients and business opportunities
• Source potential clients through online platforms and communities, including:

• -- Discord
• -- Facebook
• -- Twitter
• -- LinkedIn
• -- Other relevant channels
• Present our web development services and portfolio to potential clients
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
• Report sales progress and performance regularly

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in tech or web development services
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
• Ability to understand and explain the technical aspects of our services
• Comfortable with a 100% commission-only compensation model

Compensation:
