In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our inventory, ensuring that our storeroom is organized, stocked, and efficient. If you have a passion for organization and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
  • Organize and manage the storeroom to ensure easy access to supplies.
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with team members to fulfill inventory requests in a timely manner.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies in inventory levels.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards in the storeroom.
  • Support the team with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in inventory management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
