DESCRIPTION: We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Inventory Manager to join our warehouse team and support the AID (Amber Interiors Design) division. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have experience with high-end furniture and design inventory, this could be a great fit. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate records in NetSuite, collaborating with our Warehouse Manager, and partnering closely with the AID Procurement Team to ensure seamless product movement and support for our design projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Track and manage inventory levels for all AID SKUs with accuracy and consistency in NetSuite.
Support daily inventory operations: receiving, labeling, stocking, and performing regular location audits
Collaborate with the AID Procurement Team to align on product readiness and coordinate incoming and outgoing goods.
Conduct cycle counts and assist with full physical inventories to maintain alignment between system records and physical stock
Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies related to miscounts, damages, or system errors
Act as a liaison between the Design Team and Warehouse Team, ensuring clear communication and timely fulfillment of design needs
Coordinate with warehouse staff to receive, catalog, and organize design assets in a clean, accessible, and well-maintained environment
Work closely with the Production Manager and Procurement Team to ensure appropriate furniture and decor items are available for upcoming installs and shoots
Attend buying trips (as needed) with the Design Team to assist with inputting purchased items into inventory in real time and ensuring all new products are accurately tracked
QUALIFICATIONS:
4+ years of warehouse or inventory experience, ideally with high-end furniture or design-related inventory
Proficient in NetSuite or similar ERP systems
Strong Microsoft Excel skills—comfortable using formulas, managing spreadsheets, and analyzing data for inventory tracking and reporting
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through
Strong communication and collaboration skills—you work well across departments
Forklift experience or certification preferred
Comfortable lifting and moving items up to 75 lbs using appropriate equipment and safety techniques
Experience building and working with Pivot Tables in Excel
Familiarity with product lifecycle tracking or asset management tools
Prior experience supporting creative teams or design-based operations
Interest in interior design, furniture, or styling
