  • Collaborate with the AID Procurement Team to align on product readiness and coordinate incoming and outgoing goods.

  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with full physical inventories to maintain alignment between system records and physical stock

  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies related to miscounts, damages, or system errors

  • Act as a liaison between the Design Team and Warehouse Team, ensuring clear communication and timely fulfillment of design needs

  • Work closely with the Production Manager and Procurement Team to ensure appropriate furniture and decor items are available for upcoming installs and shoots

  • Attend buying trips (as needed) with the Design Team to assist with inputting purchased items into inventory in real time and ensuring all new products are accurately tracked

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of warehouse or inventory experience, ideally with high-end furniture or design-related inventory

  • Proficient in NetSuite or similar ERP systems

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills—comfortable using formulas, managing spreadsheets, and analyzing data for inventory tracking and reporting

  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills—you work well across departments

  • Forklift experience or certification preferred

  • Comfortable lifting and moving items up to 75 lbs using appropriate equipment and safety techniques

NICE TO HAVE:
