Responsible for executing, monitoring, and training on inventory best practices and standard operating procedures for the entire store, including front end and pharmacy. Supports pharmacy inventory activities such as receiving, counting, ordering, and returns. Ensures On-Shelf Availability and manages inventory processes, planogram validation, and accuracy.
Reviews and coordinates reports and system applications impacting inventory accuracy and pricing. Implements asset protection techniques, handles claims for overages, shortages, order errors, or damaged goods, including prescription drugs. In designated stores, manages opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and store readiness.
Engages customers proactively, resolves issues, and models customer service best practices to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Executes warehouse and vendor inventory processes, manages deliveries, verifies pharmacy shipments, and completes inventory activities under pharmacist supervision. Supports pricing, ordering, and inventory compliance with laws. Assists in physical inventory preparations and maintains store cleanliness and system knowledge.
Participates in training, completes e-learning modules, and maintains necessary certifications and licenses.
Acts as a liaison, coaching team members, communicating tasks, and reporting issues.
