This position involves delivering merchandise to and from customers, vendors, and branches using a company vehicle. Responsibilities include processing, handling, shipping, receiving, transferring, stocking, picking, and pulling products for all incoming and outgoing merchandise and freight. The role also involves working across all warehouse departments related to product intake and dispatch, delivering excellent customer service, and adhering to safety policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Conducting physical inventory counts at customer locations.
• Collaborating with the Territory Manager and customers to identify replenishment needs.
• Reviewing and managing inventory reorder points monthly.

Customer Interaction:

• Providing timely and professional customer service.
• Responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or fax.
• Maintaining professional relationships with customers and vendors.

Driving:

• Ensuring safe, timely, and accurate deliveries.
• Checking products against delivery paperwork.
• Securing products properly in the vehicle.
• Maintaining valid driver’s licenses and certifications.

Warehouse & Inventory Control:

• Assisting with warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and organizing products.
• Reporting inventory discrepancies and damages.

Safety & Other Responsibilities:

• Following all safety policies and procedures.
• Performing vehicle and facility maintenance as needed.
• Using company systems for data entry and communication.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in driving, warehousing, or related functions.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV report.
• DOT certification valid for at least 1 year.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work 7-10 hours per day, up to 43 hours per week.
• Capability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform various physical tasks.
