About the Role

This position involves on-site logistics work in the storeroom, including receiving, stocking, issuing, inventory accuracy, cycle counting, client interface, customer service, and computer transaction entry. The focus is to service the client with parts and inventory needs, including locating and delivering stock, receiving stock, issuing materials, and tracking inventory using systems. This role requires strong customer service skills as it involves regular contact with clients.

Compensation

$23 - $25

Key Responsibilities

1. Follow all site safety and security procedures, report unsafe conditions.
2. Provide professional customer service and report concerns promptly.
3. Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and SOPs.
4. Unpack, verify, and enter received materials into systems.
5. Issue materials, staging, and kitting as required.
6. Store received materials properly, perform tagging and repacking.
7. Manage returns and prepare parts for vendor return or repair.
8. Perform cycle counts and report discrepancies.
9. Maintain inventory accuracy, replace barcodes, and process relocations.
10. Verify inventory levels and identify reorder needs.
11. Keep storeroom organized and clean.
12. Support corporate initiatives and special projects.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.
