We have an open position for a Production/Inventory Data Analyst who would work out of the Newark plant. The role involves entering production, purchasing, and order receipt data into NetSuite. The analyst will also assist senior management with data entry related to orders and production output.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Enter daily production plans and assembly results into NetSuite accurately and promptly.
2. Support management by entering purchase orders into the ERP system.
3. Upload and organize item receipts, ensuring proper documentation within NetSuite.
4. Monitor and report inventory levels, highlighting variances or low stock concerns.
5. Collaborate with production, procurement, and inventory teams to maintain real-time data accuracy.
6. Cleanse and upload sales data from the legacy billing system to the new ERP using Microsoft Excel.

Requirements:

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with work orders, purchase orders, and production assemblies.
• Experience with NetSuite and/or Aspen Canopy is a plus.
