Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting hardware and/or software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with MSC Sales Teams to drive solutions growth.
• Maintains knowledge of MSC solutions including VMI, vending, and crib software.
• Follows Salesforce protocols for project and time management.
• Drives solution discovery, data collection, and on-site installations.
• Provides post-install support and performance improvements.
