• Works with Inventory Management Consultant to implement solutions.
• Drives proficiency in data collection, solutions discovery, and recommendations.
• Performs installations, on-site service (break fix) and post-install support.
• Supports supply chain optimization and maintains fiscal responsibility.
• Provides customer training and gathers feedback for process improvements.
• Maintains knowledge of MSC solutions including bar-coded solutions, VMI, and related tools.
• Follows CRM protocols for project and time management.
• Operates company vehicle safely and adheres to fleet policy.
