Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting hardware and/or software required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with MSC Sales Teams to enable explosive sales growth through Solutions.
• Works with the Inventory Management Consultant to implement solutions.
• Drives proficiencies: data collection, solutions discovery, and installations.
• Provides post-install support and service, including break-fix.
• Supports supply chain optimization and feedback to stakeholders.
• Follows customer relationship management software protocols for project/time management.
• Maintains knowledge of MSC solutions and safety/tool requirements.
• Represents MSC at branch meetings and partners with sales associates.
