Responsibilities include loading/unloading shipments, conducting cycle counts, and supporting audits, with forklift operation and possible local travel. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to ITAR requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in a tool crib, warehouse, or inventory control environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of loading/unloading procedures.
• Familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate with management.
• Must meet Export Control requirements; U.S. Person under ITAR.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory and support internal and external audits.
• Complete monthly inventory closeouts, receiving documentation, and assist with loading/unloading incoming shipments.
• Receiving, verifying, and storing incoming materials; ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Manage the flow of goods into and out of the facility.
• Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, or other material-handling equipment.
• Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies.
• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Unload incoming deliveries and load trucks for shipment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
