Job summary

Empirical Systems Aerospace, Inc (ESAero) is seeking a dependable Material Handler I to support production by managing inventory, moving materials, and maintaining accurate records in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment at ESAero in San Luis Obispo, CA.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, assist with cycle counting, and help ensure on‑time delivery while upholding AS9100 QMS requirements and ESAero safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• APICS training and/or certification desirable.
• Education in ESD.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills work orders from inventory and delivers production materials.
• Maintains stock area and bins for orderly storage.
• Keeps inventory accurate by labeling and locating items; reports shortages.
• Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move items.
• Supports material movement and non-conformance disposition as needed.
• Assists in Cycle Counting and data entry to the MRP system.
