Job summary

Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk in Goleta, CA to compile records on quantity, cost, and material status across stock and issued items.

The role includes requisitioning supplies, inspecting received material and identifying discrepancies on the manufacturing floor. The position requires 2–4 years of experience in Inventory Control and Inventory Management, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 am.

Responsibilities

• Compiles records concerned with quantity, cost, and type of material received, in stock, or issued.
• Requisitions needed supplies; verifies material received to determine irregularities in order; inspects articles and rejects defective ones.
• Prepares inventory records and reports and investigates discrepancies in stock counts.
• Track expenditures of equipment repairs, services and parts ordered.
• Log all parts according to equipment or asset that is part of or any critical component in the manufacturing floor.
