Job summary

Anduril Industries in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Production/Warehouse Associate to manage inventory, support material flow, and ensure timely availability of supplies on the production floor.

The successful candidate will demonstrate ownership, problem-solving in a fast-paced setting, and flexibility to restock parts across the floor and site network. Onsite in Santa Ana with local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a warehouse associate or equivalent role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to be onsite, local to Irvine, CA, Santa Ana, CA and Costa Mesa, CA.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Work across the production/warehouse floor to ensure parts are stocked and available when needed.
• Identify, pull, pack, crate, label, load, and secure product.
• Ensure orderly production and distribution by pulling orders from inventory and delivering materials where needed.
• Complete cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy as a priority.
• Maintain inventory by labeling, locating, and reporting shortages.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move items.
• Courier inventory between Anduril sites in Irvine, Santa Ana and Costa Mesa.
• Expedite flow of material between departments in line with schedules.
