Ascent Aerospace is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead Receiving, Vendor Managed Inventory, and Material Management Crib operations. The role combines hands-on receiving with team leadership to maintain inventory accuracy and prevent shortages.

You will work closely with Quality, Engineering, and Shipping to keep material flowing. Qualified candidates have 5+ years in inventory control or materials management, supervisory experience, and proficiency in SAP, BOMs/MTLs, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, materials management, or related fields.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop a team.
• Proficiency in SAP for goods receipt and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of BOMs/MTLs and material lists.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead Material Management Specialists and Receiving staff across shifts.
• Oversee receiving, kitting, issue/return, and cycle counts.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and enforce procedures.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and Shipping.
• Drive continuous improvement and root-cause analysis.
