Job summary

Kitron Group seeks an Inventory & Shipping Lead for its on-site Windber, PA facility. The role supports inventory accuracy, packing, and shipping operations during the second shift (11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.).

You will verify shipments, generate work orders, and maintain records while working closely with manufacturing and inspection teams. A High School Diploma and basic computer skills are required, with proficiency in Excel and Outlook preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience using computers.
• Strong oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Compare inventories with records to determine stock levels and reorder needs.
• Prepare packing/shipping documents and move materials to departments.
• Inspect shipment contents against records and update inventory balances.
• Assist with shipping routes, carriers, and cost tracking.
