Job summary

REVOLVE is seeking a Packing Lead (2nd Shift) in Shoemakersville, PA. The role focuses on optimizing team productivity and accuracy by classifying shipping options according to pick up schedules, including packing, picking and shipping.

Essential duties span training, prioritizing tasks, attendance reporting, and resource forecasting. Strong communication, bilingual ability preferred, and prior warehouse lead experience are desired for this regular full-time position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse, packaging and leading a large group.
• Computer literate in Excel, Word and email. Experience with a WMS system.
• Bilingual preferred

Responsibilities

• Training of new and existing agents.
• Prioritize daily tasks according to priorities and schedules.
• Report attendance and request additional resources, when necessary, based on forecasted units.
• Troubleshooting exceptions to allow the team to continue processing
• Developing expert abilities in the all-inbound tasks.
• Testing of new process improvements
• Benchmarking and evaluating employees
• Ordering supplies for the team when necessary
• Providing daily productivity reports
• Department specific tasks (i.e. Packing - working along with inbound and outbound teams.)
