Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a capable clerical support worker to assist the production department. The role involves data entry, filing, shift production reports, and occasional production tasks while adhering to safety and animal welfare guidelines.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required) with basic math and computer skills. Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shift hours is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Basic math skills and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to department (update production report, track absences, updates calendars, etc.).
• Enter required data into correct computer system, retrieve upon request.
• File all department paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform production work as needed.
• Adhere to safe work practices, policies and procedures, maintain sanitary conditions to ensure product quality; report any condition or practice that may adversely affect food safety, food quality and/or personnel safety.
• Perform all work in compliance with company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned
