Job summary

Apptronik in Austin, TX seeks an Inventory Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of service inventory within Global Services & Support. You will forecast demand, receive shipments at our service depot, maintain data accuracy, and enable our repair teams with reliable parts availability.

You will design organized storage, lead cycle counts, coordinate with logistics carriers, and ensure rapid replenishment to minimize downtime for field teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics.
• Experience with cycle counts and physical audits.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and logistics partners.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of service inventory and forecasting.
• Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments; ensure serials and condition accuracy.
• Maintain organized storage and data accuracy to enable repair operations.
• Coordinate with carriers and regional hubs to ensure rapid, accurate replenishment.
