Job summary

Apptronik is seeking a Senior Manager, Inventory Management, Logistics & Procurement to lead and scale operations ensuring materials are available when needed. You will own inventory and warehouse operations, logistics, and supplier management to improve accuracy and material flow.

The role requires hands-on leadership, building scalable processes for a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and partnering with IT to optimize ERP/MRP systems and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience improving inventory accuracy and material availability in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, procurement, and logistics.
• Experience with ERP/MRP, BOMs, POs, planning signals, and master data.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Lead inbound/outbound logistics and supplier management to meet production needs.
• Develop supplier scorecards and drive continuous improvement.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and operating routines for performance visibility.
• Partner with IT to optimize ERP/MRP processes and data quality.
