Job summary

Apptronik is seeking a Senior Manager, Inventory Management, Logistics & Procurement to scale operational capabilities ensuring materials are available where and when needed. You will own inventory, warehouse operations, logistics, and supplier management, building scalable processes for a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, materials, procurement, or logistics.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and drive measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end inventory management and warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, availability, and material flow.
• Design and enforce inventory controls, cycle counts, reconciliations, and root-cause analysis.
• Lead inbound/outbound logistics and cross-site transportation strategies to align with production schedules.
• Manage procurement and supplier performance, including contracts, spend, and risk mitigation.
• Develop KPI dashboards and continuous-improvement plans across SC functions.
