Job summary

Apptronik seeks a Senior Manager, Inventory Management, Logistics & Procurement to lead and scale three interlinked functions: inventory/warehouse operations, logistics, and procurement. You will drive material availability, setup robust controls, and build scalable processes for a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

This hands-on leader will partner with Manufacturing, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to optimize performance.

Qualifications

10+ years in supply chain, materials management, procurement, or logistics.
Experience leading large cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Experience with ERP/MRP, WMS, and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end inventory management and warehouse operations with accuracy and flow.
Establish inventory control processes including cycle counts and reconciliations.
Drive improvements in inventory accuracy and reduce discrepancies.
Develop barcode workflows to reduce manual data entry.
Lead inbound/outbound logistics and international transportation when applicable.
Oversee procurement and supplier management to meet production needs.
Create KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance.
Build scalable processes across inventory, logistics, and procurement.
